Monash Health in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Prostate Cancer Active Surveillance Nurse-Led Clinic as a CNC-B on a 0.6 EFT, ongoing part time basis. You will lead assessment, surveillance planning, education and coordinated follow-up for eligible patients, with scope to support clinics at Casey Hospital and other sites within the South Metro Local Health Service.
