The Role

n

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of connecting exceptional talent with meaningful, security‐cleared opportunities across ICT, Cyber, and National Security domains.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Source and headhunt cleared professionals via LinkedIn and niche networks
n
- Write and promote engaging job ads
n
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates in line with Australian Standards
n
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain CRM/ATS data integrity
n
- Prepare candidate packs and conduct reference checks
n
- Provide trusted advice to both candidates and clients
n
- Drive growth across our Skilled Services and Recruitment divisions
n
- Work toward learning new skills such as tender writing, responding to government requirements, pricing and contract negotiations.

About You

n

You're more than talent acquisition— you're a connector, problem solver, and purpose‐driven professional who thrives in fast‐paced environments.

n

Required experience and attributes:

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
n
- Interest or experience in Defence, ICT, Cyber, or Engineering
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisation, initiative, and follow‐through
n
- A positive, proactive attitude and resilience under pressure




n
- Ability to work on‐site in Canberra or Melbourne
n

- Source and develop cleared cyber professionals for preparedness and surge support.

- Enable participation in national & international exercises (e.g., Locked Shields, ADF Cyber Skills Challenge), plus live‐fire and digital‐twin simulations led by industry experts.

- Strengthen readiness for incident response, supply‐chain protection, and critical infrastructure resilience — the capabilities our clients rely on when it matters most.
