Service Delivery Coordinator — Permanent Opportunity | Sydney | NV2 Clearance Mandatory. An organisation delivering critical Defence ICT services is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to support ongoing sustainment and service operations within a complex enterprise workplace. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day service activities, managing escalations, and supporting the Materiel Sustainment Agreement (MSA) across a large-scale capability.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day IT service delivery and sustainment activities.
n
- Support MSA management and track service performance against targets.
n
- Assist with incident, problem, and escalation coordination.
n
- Work with SMEs and vendors to support issue resolution.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Experience in IT support, service coordination, or ICT environments.
n
- Understanding of ITIL or service management processes.
n
- Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
n
n
Additional Requirements
n
n
- Must hold an active NV2 Clearance.
n
- Exposure to enterprise technologies (e.g. Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware).
n
- Experience with Service Request Management (SRM) or EUC environments.
n
- Defence or Government ICT experience.
n
n
