The Role

We're on the lookout for a motivated Service Technician to join our team.
n
You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to help set up, install and maintain our monitoring systems at client sites across Australia. No two days are the same - it's a mix of hands‐on technical work, problem‐solving, and client interaction.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n

- Maintaining and fault‐finding on monitoring devices and sensors
n
- Assisting with installs and system commissioning
n
- Responding to service issues and breakdowns
n
- Supporting clients with high‐quality service and troubleshooting
n
- Keeping accurate service records
n
- Managing tools, parts, and consumables
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- A current electrical license is preferred
n
- Full driver's licence and must have your own car (there'll be some travel involved)
n
- Background in electrical, CCTV, or consumer technology work
n
- Solid problem‐solving and fault‐finding skills
n
- Able to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
n
- Positive communicator who's comfortable dealing with clients
n
- Self‐driven and able to work independently
n
