Role Description

This is a fixed-term contract role located in Brisbane or Sydney with flexibility to work from home. The role supports the governance, execution, and communication of our major and minor strategic and change initiatives across the business. This role provides the backbone for structured, successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate project status reports, portfolio roadmaps, and documentation to ensure clarity and transparency across all transformation activities.

Workshop & Governance Facilitation: Coordinate the setup, scheduling, and logistics for Steercos, project based meetings and cross-functional workshops. Ensure all sessions have clear, documented agendas, in-scope deliverables, and measurable outcomes (covering scope definition, solution design, and delivery planning).

Change Execution Support: Assist in the execution of the Transformation and Change Roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational delivery.

EGM Strategic Support:



Provide direct support to the Executive General Manager (EGM) for Digital, Technology, and Data on key strategic priorities, including research, material preparation, and supporting critical partnership engagements.

Project Documentation: Maintain project files, manage risk and issue logs, and support the broader PMO in maintaining standards and best practices for project delivery.

- Experience in the motorcycle industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
