An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join a highly regarded and well-established family law practice in Brisbane.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing high-quality matters, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior team members, while working in a collaborative and supportive setting.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of family law matters, including:

- Complex property settlements
- Parenting disputes
- Financial agreements
- Divorce and separation
- Spousal maintenance
- Child support matters
- Family violence and urgent applications
- Mediation, negotiations and Court appearances

You will have carriage of your own files from initial instructions through to resolution, while working closely with experienced Partners on more complex and high-value matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years' PAE in Family Law




- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of family law
- Experience managing matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior lawyers
- Admission as a Solicitor in Australia with a current practising certificate
