About the Role

n

Every client has their own idea of the perfect ski holiday.

n

Some are chasing waist-deep powder in Japan. Others dream of skiing Whistler, Aspen, Queenstown or the French Alps.

n

Your role is to understand what inspires each traveller and design a holiday that exceeds their expectations.

n

You'll build lasting relationships with clients, create tailor-made itineraries,



convert enquiries into bookings and become a trusted expert in one of travel's most exciting specialist markets.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Design tailor-made ski and snowboarding holidays across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Canada, the USA and Europe.
n
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and recommend the perfect ski experience.
n
- Build robust relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
n
- Manage your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to booking.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the journey.
n
- Continue building your destination knowledge through ongoing training and international educational opportunities.
n

What You'll Bring

n

You'll be someone who genuinely gets excited talking about skiing, snowboarding and winter travel.

n

You'll also have:

n

n
- At least two years' experience as a Travel Consultant.
n
- Experience using a GDS (Galileo preferred, although Sabre or Amadeus experience is welcomed with training provided).
n
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
- A proactive attitude and the drive to achieve sales targets.
n
- Personal ski or snowboard travel experience will be highly regarded.
n
