We're looking for enthusiastic Casual Store Attendants to join our Malvern, Boronia and Patterson Lakes stores. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail workplace and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role As a Casual Store Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience for every customer. From helping customers find the right product to keeping the store looking its best, no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service
n
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases
n
- Processing sales through the point-of-sale system
n
- Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive product displays
n
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
n
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
n




- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily store goals
n
- Following all liquor licensing requirements and store procedures
n

About You

You'll be someone who:

- Enjoys providing outstanding customer service
n
- Is reliable, motivated and eager to learn
n
- Thrives in a busy retail environment
n
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
n
- Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
