Contracts Administrator

The Opportunity

As a Contract Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the delivery of construction projects from commencement through to completion
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Assisting with project administration, documentation and reporting
- Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
- Monitoring project costs, variations and budgets
- Assisting with project programming and delivery




- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious and genuinely interested in building a career in construction. You may be an experienced Contract Administrator, or a younger construction professional ready to step up and take on more responsibility.

What we are looking for:

- Construction industry experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Ideally, experience working for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 construction company
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress their career
