Performance Marketing Strategist / Creative Strategist / Technologist

Working with a creative and performance marketing team looking for a senior-level Performance Marketing Strategist / Creative Strategist / Technologist to lead high-impact campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

n

This is a strategy-first role suited to someone who can move from audience insights and creative briefs through to concept execution, testing, and optimisation in a fast-paced sprint environment.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Develop platform-native creative concepts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and display
n
- Translate audience insights into high-performing creative strategies
n
- Produce or direct visual and motion assets using modern creative tools
n
- Analyse campaign performance and iterate creative based on data
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy or Senior Creative roles
n
- Robust background in agency or performance marketing environments
n




- Experience delivering campaigns within regulated or brand-governed industries such as:n n
- Financial Services
n
- Healthcare
n
- Insurance
n
- Enterprise / Corporate brands
n

n
- Hands on experience with:n

n
- Figma
n
- Adobe Creative Suite
n
- AI creative tools such as Midjourney or Runway
n

n

Ideal Background

n

You're a strategic thinker who understands platform-native content, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can balance creativity with performance outcomes. Experience outside of eCommerce/DTC is essential. If you enjoy working autonomously, moving quickly, and building creative that performs within strict brand frameworks, this could be a great fit.

Sydney based - 3 days in CBD office

n

Salary - Dependant on experience (Ranging from $130,000 up to $180,000 + Super for the right candidate based on experience)

n

Sponsorship for visa holders already in Australia is available for the right candidate
