We are looking for people who are Newcastle based to work as a TechOne Financials Manager in this new and exciting role.

n

You will be required to work on site 3 days per week in Newcastle.

n

Solid understanding of TechnologyOne's Financials product would be highly regarded

n

TechnologyOne Financials empowers organizations with intelligent financial management, delivering real-time insights and automation to streamline processes and make informed decisions.

What you'll be doing...

n

n
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to implement, configure, enhance, and upgrade our leading SaaS ERP software solutions, ensuring tailored outcomes that drive success.
n
- Customer Engagement: Build senior-level relationships with customers, coaching teams to deliver value-driven solutions and enhancing customer advocacy.
n
- Program Delivery: Ensure all customer program deliverables are completed on time, aligned with the project scope, and in accordance with the negotiated contract and program specifics.
n
- Always Evolving: Engage with Consulting Enablement teams to provide any feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools.
n




- Strong understanding of Financial concepts including AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, taxation, etc
n
- Experience with Government clients (local or federal) would be highly regarded
n
- Customer centric approach and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a top notch experience at all times
n
- Ability to manage complex programs and deliver customer outcomes efficiently.
