Reporting to: Product Owner

Objective:

n

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and refining requirements, translating features into detailed user stories, and ensuring development readiness.

n

Responsibilities

n

- Gather, analyse, and refine business requirements
n
- Translate product features into detailed, high‐quality user stories
n
- Add acceptance criteria, business rules, and relevant mockups




n
- Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready
n
- Support developers by answering questions and clarifying requirements
n
- Participate in and/or lead UAT, validating delivered features
n
- Log defects and track issues
n
- Work with the Product Owner to groom and prioritise the backlog
n
- Support effort estimation with the development team
n

Required skills, education, qualifications, and experience

n

n
- 1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in a SaaS workplace
n
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
n
- Experience with JIRA in a software development environment
n
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving skills
n
- Collaborative and adaptable working style
n
- Passion for delivering clarity, quality, and consistency
n

This is a hybrid schedule position with 3 days per week on-site at our Mulgrave office.
