Are you looking to step up into a key role at a growing organisation?

Have you got a track record of successfully delivering digital transformations?

n

In this role you will lead the technology portfolio, plan and execute the technology strategy, whilst being a key advisor to the Board. You will be responsible for leading your immediate team and the wider business in driving the technology strategy across current and future product lines.

n

In this role you will help play a role in the development of market leading products at an creative digital led organisation with significant technology investment.

n

The key parts of the role will focus on the internal technology stack, focus and adaptation of emerging technologies and product strategies for going to market.

n

In this role you will be the key point of contact across vendors and lead a technology team, you will have the freedom to drive innovation and ensure business success.

n

Your key initiative in the first 6 months of the year will be the rollout of an ecommerce solution to their market, where you will be responsible for the Technology strategy and successful roll out of the solution.

You will:

n

- Plan and execute the technology strategy
n
- Lead the digital transformation
n
- Evaluate vendors and select key partners
n
- Oversee the technology team,



manage applications and ensure strict cyber security and data management
n
- Drive technology initiatives that ensure business growth and value
n
- Manage budgets and articulate initiatives to the wider business and board
n

n

To be successful in this position:

n

n
- Demonstrate experience in technology leadership role for a medium sized organisation
n
- Have experience of successfully delivering digital transformation programs of work
n
- Understanding of cyber security protocols and data management
n
- An ability to be a collaborative member of a team who partners with non technology minded individuals and can take them on a journey
n
