Solar 1 Nation Electricals is a locally owned company in Perth known as a trusted hub for solar, battery, air-conditioning and EV‐charger installations. We help Western Australian homeowners and businesses adopt clean energy solutions. As our company grows, we're looking for a confident and organised Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and support our operations team.

n

• Be the friendly voice of our business – answer incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries, and make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow‐ups.

n

• Coordinate schedules for installation teams, prepare job documentation, and track project timelines.

n

• Maintain records, process data entry and invoices, and keep our digital filing systems organised.

n

• Assist with general administration tasks such as managing emails, ordering office supplies, and basic bookkeeping.

n

• Work closely with our electricians, technicians and management to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations.

n

• A strong command of spoken and written English is essential to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

n

• Confident telephone manner and comfortable making and receiving calls.

n

• Solid organisational and time‐management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.

n

• Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new software.

n

• A professional, friendly attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a small team.

n
