Sonder Executive invites an experienced Reliability Manager to join a large-scale Australian food manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead the reliability strategy and embed disciplined maintenance practices across a 24/7 production workplace.
You will develop preventive maintenance programs, asset registers and KPIs, leverage SAP PM, drive RCA initiatives and partner with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations to lift equipment availability and line efficiency.
