Are you a hands-on Supervisor with solid civil experience and a passion for getting the best out of your crew?
Civwil Pty Ltd has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are looking to add an experienced Civil Supervisor to the team to help deliver a range of civil infrastructure and subdivision projects across Ipswich/Brisbane.

You’ll work closely with both directors, who are still actively involved on site and understand the work from the ground up.

The Role You will be responsible for:

- Supervising day-to-day civil construction activities across infrastructure and subdivision projects
- Leading site crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Managing site productivity, sequencing, materials and resources
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- Strong understanding of TMR/Utilities/traffic management & local council standards
- Working closely with the directors and engineers to achieve programme, quality and cost targets
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality requirements




- Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate site records and progress updates

What We're Looking for the successful candidate will have:

- At least 5 years experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction
- Robust experience across civil infrastructure, subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage and associated works
- A strong understanding of construction methodologies and site sequencing
- Ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- A safety-first approach and commitment to quality
- Relevant tickets/qualifications within civil construction are advantageous
