Queensland is entering a significant period of infrastructure investment and deliverycreating an opportunity to help shape how a major global engineering consultancy positions itself for that growth.
We are searching for a Market Leader – Transport Infrastructure (QLD) to strengthen senior client relationships, build market presence and help grow an established Queensland transport business.
This isn't a traditional operational leadership role.
It's a market-facing leadership opportunity for someone who knows the Queensland transport market, has strong TMR relationships and enjoys building trusted client partnerships while remaining connected to project delivery.
The Opportunity
You will take a leading role in:
- Strengthening and expanding senior TMR and industry relationships
- Identifying opportunities and shaping strategic pursuitsli>
- Building a strong and sustainable pipeline
- Broadening the client base across Queensland
- Remaining connected to key project delivery
- Bringing together local, national and global capability to win and deliver great work
You'll have significant autonomy and influence over the direction and growth of the Queensland Transport business.
Who We're Looking For
You may already be a recognised senior figure within Queensland's transport infrastructure market or someone ready to step into a broader market leadership opportunity.
What matters is your combination of:
- Strong, current TMR relationships
- Credibility across the Queensland transport market
- Proven business development and pursuit capability
- Commercial drive and strong client instincts
- A collaborative, team-first and low-ego leadership style
You don't necessarily need to be an Engineer. Consultancy, client-side/TMR and other credible transport backgrounds will be considered.
