Opportunity

We're hiring Recruitment Consultants at all levels:

n

n
- Trainee Consultant – Perfect for those with strong sales or people skills who want to break into recruitment. Full training provided through our in‐house 9‐module program, plus hands‐on mentoring.
n
- Recruitment Consultant – Take ownership of a warm desk with active clients and jobs to fill immediately. You'll manage end‐to‐end recruitment while building strong client and candidate relationships.
n
- Senior Consultant – Lead from the front. Along with managing your desk, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the Brisbane branch, and progress into principal or management roles.

Key Responsibilities

- End‐to‐end recruitment: sourcing, screening,



interviewing, and placing candidates.
n
- Manage and grow client relationships, while developing new business opportunities.
n
- Deliver excellent candidate care to maintain ETA's strong industry reputation.
n
- Build resilience, confidence, and sales capability in a fast‐paced environment.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Trainee: Strong communication skills, sales or customer service background, and a driven mindset.
n
- Consultant: Recruitment experience (blue‐copper trades highly regarded, but all sectors considered) with proven ability to manage clients and candidates.
n
- Senior: Demonstrated track record in recruitment and B2B sales, with leadership potential.
n
- Across all levels: A resilient, results‐focused, and positive attitude is a must.
