We are looking for 1 developer with 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, TSM, FSM and then Integrations with Domain Separation. The successful candidate will work with in-house solution teams and/or third parties to design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

- ITIL Certification

- SNOW Developer certification

- Automate business processes through scripting and development of applications in ServiceNow
n
- Create interfaces in ServiceNow to interact with various other systems
n
- Adhere to the Agile methodology of project delivery when releasing new solutions
n
- Identify areas that require improvement and propose solutions to address them
n
- To maintain the software at required currency
n

n

Additional information

n

n
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer across the ITSM modules
n
- Solid skills/experience working with Development APIs
n
- RDBMS/SQL Experience - in establishing integrations through JDBC and the MID Server
n




- A relevant ServiceNow certification is mandatory
n
- Experience in patching and lifecycle upgrade of ServiceNow
n
- Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery
n
- Effective communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
n
- Experience in integrating with third party products is desirable
n
- Service Assurance & Network Assurance telecom domain knowledge preferred
n
