The program involves infrastructure delivery, cloud-native application onboarding, VMware to Redhat OpenShift virtualization migration, integration with internal platforms, and stakeholder management across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Represent the customer Core Delivery team in engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Lead and drive project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, planning workshops, and technical discussions.
n
- Create and manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
n
- Coordinate with platform, infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for end-to-end integrations.
n
- Manage onboarding of CaaS infrastructure and Cloud-Native Network Functions (CNFs).
n
- Coordinate VMware to Redhat OpenShift Virtualization migration activities.
n
- Engage and manage Cyber Security Assurance processes, security assessments, and compliance activities.
n
- Track and manage project documentation, status reporting, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
n
- Raise and manage PTWs (Permit to Work) and operational change activities.
n
- Ensure timely escalation and mitigation of risks/issues impacting delivery timelines.
n




- Work closely with OEMs/vendors including HPE and Red Hat.
n
- Manage cross‐functional and geographically distributed teams.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize delivery processes.
n

Mandatory Skills & Experience

n

n
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management & Cloud Solution Architect (Redhat OpenShift & Cloud native solution) within Telecom or IT Infrastructure domains.
n
- Robust experience managing large‐scale Cloud Transformation or Container Platform programs.
n
- Red Hat OpenShift
n
- Cloud‐Native Infrastructure
n
- Experience working with Telecom Network workloads / CNFs / VNFs.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience.
n
- Knowledge managing Infrastructure deployment, integration, migration, and onboarding activities.
n
- Good understanding of networking, IP connectivity, security compliance, and data centre operations.
n
- Experience handling executive‐level reporting and governance.
n

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Baremetal OpenShift deployments
n
- Knowledge of Telco Cloud / NFVI / Ericsson CNIS platforms
