Responsibilities

- Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customers
n
- Proactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills
n
- Complete Beyond Bank's Lending Accreditation program to assist our members with their personal and home lending needs
n
- Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customers
n
- Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic
n
- Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
n
- Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer
n
- Support customers by providing lending solutions, such as personal loans, credit cards and home loans, ensuring customers fully understand Beyond Bank's product features, benefits, fees, charges, and overall value
n

Qualifications

- Resilient, driven, and passionate

- Excellent customer service skills

- A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community

- Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
n
- Banking or Financial services experience desirable, but not essential
