Responsibilities

- High degree of autonomy, reporting to the C-Suite

- Review and adaptation of processes to align with requirements for each native plant

- Design and implementation of procedures related to priming, treating and QC seeds

- Monthly project updates

- Proven project and team management skills and experience

- Evidence of exceptional, relevant documentation and communication skills

- Understanding of the scientific method and ability to read scientific literature

- Willingness to relocate to Cairns, Queensland
