Stockwell Delivery is seeking a Site Manager for our next residential 20 storey development in Melbourne Street, South Brisbane.

Stockwell has a rich history of construction and development spanning over 73 years with a pipeline of work in residential, commercial, retail and leisure projects throughout Queensland.

Position:

n

The Site Manager is to plan and manage all site activities, subcontractors and trades in accordance with the documentation and Stockwell Safety Policy.

n

Position Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and motivate the Stockwell on-site construction team and subcontractors.
n
- Work with the Project Manager to deliver the site works for the project.
n
- With the Project Manager, conceive and have regular input into the Construction Program.
n
- Deliver the works in accordance with the Market Tested Price, Project Budget and the Stockwell Procurement and Delegation of Authority Policy.
n
- Safe working environment.
n
- Proven experience in site management of residential/mixed use developments with multi levels.
n
- The ability to prepare and implement short term programs, including early risk identification and mitigation.
n
- The ability to lead the construction delivery team from the front with a motivated, focused and inclusive approach.
n




- A comprehensive knowledge of modern construction techniques, methodologies, procedures, products and services.
n
- A people leader with a robust desire to work as a team and motivate trades to deliver the project safely, on time and budget.
n
- Able to demonstrate a good track record of subcontract management and an understanding of the administration of trades within the building industry.
n
- The ability to fully comprehend, communicate and implement all requisite project information contained within contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules.
n
- The ability to identify and add value to the project through design and value management opportunities.
n

The Site Manager needs to be enthusiastic, driven, strategic and passionate with a sound knowledge of current building and engineering practices.
