RCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT), a proud business unit of NRW Holdings, is seeking an experienced Senior Fabrication Estimator & Project Manager to join our Welshpool OEM team.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for estimating, planning and delivering OEM manufacturing and fabrication projects valued between $1M–$15M. About the Role

n

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle from tender and estimation through to delivery and close-out, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time and within budget.

n

You will also lead a small team (3 direct reports) while coordinating closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and external suppliers.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Lead fabrication estimating, planning, execution and delivery
n
- Develop resource plans, cost estimates and project schedules
n
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget and quality performance
n
- Implement project controls and risk mitigation strategies
n
- Ensure all project documentation and reporting requirements are met
n

Client & Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Act as primary point of contact for clients
n
- Provide regular progress updates and manage expectations
n
- Build solid relationships to drive repeat business
n
- Deliver projects within approved budgets and target margins
n
- Support contract administration, variations and claims
n
- Assist with invoicing and milestone payment management
n
- Contribute to tender reviews and contract assessments
n

- Ensure compliance with RCRMT HSE policies and procedures
n
- Identify and manage safety risks during project execution
n
- Promote a strong safety-first culture

About You

n





You are a commercially astute project professional with strong fabrication estimating experience and a proven ability to deliver complex manufacturing projects.

n

n
- 5+ years' project management experience in mining, manufacturing or construction
n
- Demonstrated delivery of projects valued $1M–$15M
n
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning and stakeholder engagement
n
- Current WA Driver's Licence
n
- Engineering, Construction Management or related qualification (or equivalent experience)
n
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
n
- Scheduling experience using MS Project or Primavera P6
n
