V2 Helicopters is a growing and forward-thinking rotary aviation business based in Brisbane. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking passionate and professional Flight Instructors and Theory Instructors to join our team.
n

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight and/or theory instruction in accordance with CASA regulations, while supporting student progression and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
n
Both full time and part-time positions may be considered.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver flight and/or theory instruction to students
n
- Ensure training is conducted in accordance with CASA and company procedures
n
- Monitor student progress and provide structured feedback
n
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
n
- Uphold a strong safety culture and skilled training workplace
n
- For Flight Instructors:n n
- Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter (CPL(H))
n
- Flight Instructor Rating (FIR)
n
n
- For Theory Instructors:n
n
- Strong aviation knowledge (CPL(H) or higher preferred)
n
- Ability to deliver structured, engaging theory lessons
n
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
- Experience on Bell 206 and/or Airbus AS350 (H125)
n
- Previous experience in a Part 141 or Part 142 training environment
n
n
