About the Role

n

As an Assistant Educator, you'll play an important role in creating meaningful experiences for children every day.

n

Working closely with your Lead Educator, you will:

n

n
- Build genuine relationships with children and families
n
- Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
- Assist with observations and documentation
n
- Help create beautiful, inviting learning environmentsPromote children's wellbeing, confidence and independence
n
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
n

n





Full-time positions are 38 hours/week across our operating hours of 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered across an 8-hour day.

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- A certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
n
- A current National Foundations Child Safety Training certificate
n
- Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Children's Services Regulations
n
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
n
- A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives
n
