Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Apply strategic business insights to drive profitability, operational excellence, and market growth
n
- Lead, inspire, and coach your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
- Train and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently promote and sell cruise packages
n
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and your local community to grow your business network
n
- Manage end-to-end cruise bookings including quoting, invoicing, and confirming travel arrangements.

Who are you?

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in the retail or wholesale Cruise or Travel Industry
n
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working toward sales targets
n
- GDS experience
n
- Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
n
- Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
n
