We're looking for a capable and hands-on Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of building projects and maintenance works across Sydney and surrounding suburbs. This role suits an experienced supervisor who can coordinate site teams, maintain strong client relationships and deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

About the Site Supervisor Role:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services on site, ensuring operational performance, customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual and HSEQ requirements. You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal trade teams while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Reporting to the Project Manager NSW/QLD, you will oversee work sequencing, site readiness, quality, progress and job records. The role also provides practical support across handyman,



carpentry and painting works where required and within competency.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

- Lead daily site delivery for assigned building projects and maintenance works.
- Champion HSEQ requirements, including pre-starts, Take 5s, SWMS/JSA reviews, toolbox talks, site inspections and incident reporting.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, internal trades and labour, confirming inductions, licences, permits, materials, access and site readiness.
- Supervise works against approved scopes, drawings, specifications and quality expectations, including inspections, defect lists and close-out checks.
- Act as the day-to-day site contact and communicate progress, access requirements, disruptions, variations and emerging issues promptly.
- Assist with site measures, scopes, take-offs, quotations and supplier or subcontractor pricing.
- Monitor labour, materials, subcontractor activity and variations, escalating cost, resourcing or performance risks early.
- Maintain accurate daily records, photographs, timesheets, work orders, safety documents and close-out information in GJK and client systems.

About You:

- Demonstrated experience supervising building, refurbishment, fit-out or maintenance works in live environments
- Relevant trade qualification in carpentry or building, or demonstrated equivalent building-services experience, is highly desirable




- Practical capability across handyman, carpentry and painting works, with sound judgement on when licensed or specialist trades are required
- Experience scoping works, preparing quotations and coordinating subcontractor or supplier pricing
- Solid knowledge of construction safety, risk controls, SWMS/JSA requirements and contractor compliance
- Strong site coordination skills, with the ability to plan work, manage competing priorities and solve problems
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Quality-focused, with strong attention to detail and experience managing defects and job close-out
- Commercial awareness, including monitoring labour, materials, variations and job-cost information
- Comfortable using digital systems for work orders, quotations, inspections, timesheets and reporting
- Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel to project and maintenance sites across NSW
- Current construction induction and relevant site access requirements, with the ability to obtain required client or site clearances
