About The Role
n
As an ASM at Neverland, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading engaged, high-performing teams. You'll be hands‐on, commercially minded, and excited to grow alongside a brand that's evolving and investing in its people.

Day To Day
n
n
- Supporting the Store Manager in leading and engaging your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
n
- Driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs
n
- Managing store operations including visual merchandising and stock management
n
- Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
n
- Actively contributing to Neverland's ongoing retail transformation
n
n

- Experience in retail leadership or management (Assistant Manager / Team Leader or similar)
n
- A values-led people person who leads with empathy and impact

- A customer‐first mindset and passion for retail

- Confidence working in a fast‐paced, evolving retail environment

- Flexibility to work across a rotating retail roster
