Exercise Scientist – Occupational & Pre-Employment Health Assessments

Djinda Health, fully certified indigenous company, is seeking an Exercise Scientist or Enrolled Nurse to join our growing occupational health and pre-employment medical clinic.

n

Prime opportunity for someone returned to the work force or possibly a job-share position for a university student who is able to work the hours of 9.00am until 3.30pm.

n

This role would be well suited for a motivated clinician who enjoys structured assessments, accurate reporting, and supporting workplace health outcomes in a qualified medical environment.

About the Role

n

You will assist in delivering functional and musculoskeletal components of pre-employment and occupational health assessments.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Conducting physical capacity and functional testing
n
- Performing musculoskeletal screening assessments
n
- Supporting cardiovascular and fitness-based evaluation components
n
- Accurate documentation of clinical findings
n
- Reviewing assessment forms for completeness and quality




n
- Providing professional candidate care and clear communication
n
- Working closely with our medical and administrative team
n

About You

- Detail-focused with strong clinical documentation habits

- Confident working within structured assessment protocols
n
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when required
n
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and clinical standards
n
- Degree-qualified Exercise Scientist (ESSA accreditation preferred)
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- High attention to accuracy and reporting
n
- Experience in occupational health or functional testing (desirable)
n
