The Role:

Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple – just what you need, right when you need it.

n

We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Brisbane Airport. If you love customer service, rapid‐paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

- Availability for shifts 3‐4 days per week prioritised
n
- Store operates from 7:00AM to last flight can be up to 1:00AM next day
n
- Around 20‐25 hours per week on offer!
n
- Great people skills to create unforgettable customer experiences!
n

What You'll Do:

- Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
n
- Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
n
- Keep the store looking vibrant & well‐stocked
n
- Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
n
- Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
n

What We're Looking For:

- Passion for customer service & sales
n
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude
n
- Well-groomed & professionally presented
n
- Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we'll train you!
n




- Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
n
- Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
n
