n The Opportunity
n This senior HR leadership role offers the chance to lead HR across the ANZ region, managing a dedicated team while partnering with key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of critical business negotiations and organisational change, with hybrid working arrangements and direct access to executive leadership.
n What You'll Do
n Strategic Leadership

n

n
- Lead and manage the delivery of comprehensive HR Services, encompassing employee relations, learning and development, and HR process support
n
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership, driving organisational effectiveness and transformational change
n
- Support strategy execution and country-specific initiatives
n
- Provide strategic guidance for upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations
n

Team & Stakeholder Managementnn
- Manage a team of four direct reports while fostering collaboration across the organisation
n
- Navigate and balance local business needs with global processes and structures
n
- Align diverse stakeholder perspectives to develop unified strategic approaches
n
- Build strong relationships across matrix organisational structures
n

What You Bring Essential Experiencenn
- Proven track record in strategic HR business partnership roles
n
- Solid experience in employee relations and HR process management
n




- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectiveness
n
- Experience navigating complex matrix organisations
n

Preferred Backgroundnn
- Manufacturing industry experience (other industries such as FMCG or Retail will be considered)
n
- Global organisational experience
n
- Previous involvement in enterprise bargaining or similar negotiations
n
