The Role:

As a Dermal Therapist at Addesso, you'll get to know your clients and stay with them through their whole skin journey, combining advanced clinical treatments with honest education and support they can actually rely on. You'll work alongside an experienced team that loves to keep learning, thinks carefully about every treatment plan, and takes real pride in the results we deliver together.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced facial treatments, microneedling, chemical peels and therapeutic massage
- Assess client skin concerns and develop personalised treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare regimens and homecare to support in-clinic results,



in line with our unhurried, no-hard-sell approach
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical notes and treatment records
- Uphold strict hygiene and infection control standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or degree in Dermal Science or Certificate in Beauty Therapy
- Demonstrated experience in facials, microneedling, peels and massage
- Strong client consultation and treatment planning skills
- A genuine passion for skin health and client education, not a sales-first mindset
- Excellent communication and a polished, professional manner
- Reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a high-standards clinical setting
