Merchandise Allocator – Lovisa Pty Ltd

Lovisa Pty Ltd is a leading quick‐fashion jewellery retailer operating over 1,000 stores worldwide.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately control stock arrivals for all global stores.
n
- Ensure the correct stock goes to the correct location at the correct time.
n
- Control all stock transfers between stores.
n
- Maintain the accuracy of store stock figures and levels.
n
- Ensure stores receive accurate stock levels as per planogram changes weekly.
n
- Operate and undertake associated tasks using the Futura system.
n
- Maintain min/maxes to ensure allocations are at an optimum for core and new lines.
n
- Manage the floorplan layout changes on a weekly basis for all stores globally.
n
- Perform stock‐to‐sales ratio analysis and reporting.
n
- Communicate with the operations team on any queries regarding stock levels in stores.
n
- Assist the Merchandise team with everyday tasks including emailing, filing, and all other duties as requested.
n
- Flexibility in working hours outside core hours (8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday) may be required.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Strong oral & written communication at all levels.
n
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, OneNote & Outlook; development skills on Futura.
n




- Openness/willingness to change.

- Desire to understand strategic direction of the business.
n
- Ability to anticipate what may be required.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion.
n
- Ability to work to deadlines and effectively multi‐task.
