Job Description

We are currently working with a leading global PE Investor who manage a broad range of Real Estate assets. They are looking to add an Investment Manager into the Sydney office who has exposure to Property from experience gained through Direct Investments , Financing and/or Acquisitions.

Job Description Summary:

- Sector Knowledge: Understanding of Australia's Real Estate and M&A; deal landscape.
n
- Deal Involvement: Experience in handling multiple workstreams across internal and external stakeholders in deal processes.
n
- Financial Expertise: Skilled in financial modelling
n
- Reporting: Capable of preparing investment committee papers and communicating investment recommendations.
n

n

Preferred background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.



Between 4-7 years experience required.

n

Financial qualifications (CFA, CA, or MBA) are advantageous.

n

Commercial and analytical mindset.

n

Robust communication and presentation abilities.

n

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

n

Advanced financial modelling and risk analysis capabilities.

n
