About the Centre

Introducing Edens Landing: our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and caters to the unique needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. We create purposeful, engaging spaces that inspire creativity, curiosity, and exploration.

Responsibilities

- Brings experience as a Lead Educator and leads with heart, care, and inclusivity
n
- Is genuinely passionate about early childhood education and thrives on creating inspiring learning spaces
n
- Designs purposeful programs that empower children to explore, discover, and grow as independent learners
n
- Encourages curiosity, resilience, and confidence in every child
n
- Engages young minds through meaningful, intentional interactions and teaching
n
- Builds strong foundations for a lifelong love of learning

Qualifications

n

n
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
n
- A current Working with Children Check
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- A skilled, approachable, and friendly presentation
n
- The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community
n
- A team‐first mindset and a passion for making a real difference
n
- Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor
n
