About This Opportunity

n

Our Gympie store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader to join and help lead the store's bakery department. Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and more.

Responsibilities

- Fresh food retail knowledge
n
- Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential
n
- Ability to lead and manage a team
n
- Ability to order and control costs
n




- An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
n
- Accurate team rostering
n
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
n
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
n
- A flair for merchandising
n
- Strong leadership and delegation skills

- Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams
