THE OPPORTUNITY

As Performance Manager, you will work with our Recovering Independence claims teams and specialist teams to help drive a proactive review of claims through structured Case Conferencing, with a goal to progressing recovery, capacity and return to work outcomes.

n

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

- Proactively review claims with the goal of progressing recovery, independence and self-management whilst effectively managing rightful medical and like entitlements.
n
- Ensure that the relevant audit requirements are consistently met.
n
- Actively engaging with workers and treating health practitioners.
n
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver required outcomes.
n

About You

n

n




- 1-2 years' experience within the Victorian workers compensation scheme is essential.
n
- Skilled in constructing case conferences and undertaking comprehensive claim assessment.
n
- A keen attention to detail and ability to ensure all compliance measurables are met.
n
- Robust collaboration and communication skills.
n
- Committed to delivering quality and timely outcomes with great initiative and accountability.
