Head of Ecommerce | Leading Retailer | $140,000 + Super

We are working closely with an industry leader in Gold Coast who are looking to add to their tight-knit team.
n
They are looking for a Head of Ecommerce who can work autonomously, and collaborate with the rest of the team.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
- Own and grow the full eCommerce strategy across multiple platforms
n
- Optimise and manage our website, user experience, and conversion rates
n
- Lead and collaborate on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance
n
- Oversee merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops
n
- Analyse data, report on performance, and tweak for speed + scale
n
- Work closely with design, operations, and marketing teams
n
n
What You Bring:
n
n
- 5+ years in eCommerce with proven results scaling DTC brands
n
- Shopify or similar platform expertise
n
- Strong grasp of CRO, SEO, email, and paid performance marketing
n
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced,
product-obsessed teams
n
- Passion for motorsports is a huge plus!
n
n

- Full-time, office-based role in the Gold Coast HQ
