Advanced Fresh Concepts (AFC) in Melbourne seeks a Food Safety Specialist to lead GMP audits, investigate complaints with root-cause analysis, and ensure Food Safety Supervisor compliance across all kiosks. You will train franchisees on AFC's Food Safety Program and support audit readiness with AFC in office representation.

The role requires practical QA experience in retail food or QSR, strong auditing and training skills, and willingness to travel between kiosk locations to maintain standards
