Your Impact
You will be involved across every stage of the journey, including:
- Preparing review documentation and meeting packs.
- Managing portfolio transactions, transfers, contributions and withdrawals.
- Coordinating new client onboarding and account establishment.
- Preparing and issuing advice and consent documentation.
- Liaising with investment platforms, product providers and key stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate records and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day workflow management.
- Ensuring key deadlines never slip through the cracks.
About You
You are someone who enjoys ownership, takes pride in accuracy and genuinely likes being the person others can depend on.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience within financial planning, wealth management or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning administration and investment platforms.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- Experience using CRM and planning software.
- A commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
