Data Analyst, Business Insights and Analytics

n

n
- 10+ years experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence.
n
- 5+ years experience in Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance, Data Strategy and Risk/Compliance.
n
- Demonstrable knowledge of applicable industry risk frameworks and data quality practices.
n
- Experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL.
n
- Proficient across the data analytics process: data collection, ETL, wrangling, cleaning, mining, visualisation and presentation. Key tools: Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, Python and R.
n
- Robust stakeholder management, relationship building and ability to influence without a direct reporting line.
n
- Change management skills to drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
n
- Expertise in data management and governance principles, processes and procedures.
n
- Lateral, strategic thinker with excellent conceptual reasoning.
n
- Strong executive presence,

n
- Ability to manage time (and team's time) across complex parallel projects.
n
- Resilience under pressure and constant change, managing personal workload.
n
- Strong team player and collaborator.
