Calculated Hire is in search of a Project Manager III for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This role requires strong end-to-end project management experience within Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading environments. You will be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, schedules are met, and risks are proactively managed.

Base pay range

n

$50.00/hr - $54.00/hr

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones, tasks, and sub-tasks are completed on time and within scope.
n
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, deliverables, and documentation.
n
- Package project documentation, facilitate calls, gather data, and organize materials in SharePoint.
n
- Create status reports and distribute to stakeholders.
n
- Document meeting minutes and key business decisions (KBDs) from various conversations or meetings.
n




- Track and manage risks and issues using RAID logs; identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
n
- Ensure project quality by confirming deliverables meet agreed standards.
n
- Maintain adherence to integrated schedules and drive timely completion of project goals.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
- 5–10 years of project management experience.
n
- Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading project management background is required.
n
- Robust core project management skills, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.
n
- Proven experience managing risk and issue coordination, time management, and quality assurance processes.
n
