Classification: YP3 - YP9
Salary per hour (exc. super): $43.82 - $54.41
Hours per fortnight: Up to 80 (including an ADO every 4 weeks if working 80 hours)

Are you an experienced Anaesthetic and Recovery Nurse looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, supportive, and highly rewarding setting? We are seeking motivated and skilled nurses to join our growing perioperative team delivering high-quality patient care across a busy 24-hour surgical service.
About the Role
As an Anaesthetic and Recovery Nurse, you will be working within a modern perioperative department comprising 12 operating theatres that support a diverse range of surgical specialties. You will play a vital role in delivering safe, evidence-based care throughout the perioperative journey, working collaboratively with anaesthetists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Recent experience in Anaesthetic and/or Recovery Nursing
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to providing safe, patient-centred care
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Roster Requirements
This position operates within a 24-hour service and requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Night shifts
- Public holidays
- On-call responsibilities

Delivering both elective and emergency surgery across multiple specialties, including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics, Urology and Plastic Surgery, the directorate is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care to the communities of the Loddon Mallee region.
