Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to support and optimize last-mile delivery operations. This role focuses on driver coordination, performance monitoring, and ensuring service level targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage driver pool and conduct daily follow-ups to ensure sufficient capacity
n
- Recruit and onboard new drivers, including app and SOP training
n
- Ensure timely pickups and dispatches within daily cut-off times
n
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure 92% same-day delivery (DLD SLA)
n
- Deploy backup drivers to clear operational backlogs across stations
n
- Conduct system audits and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) quality
n
- Analyse complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements
n




- Monitor driver performance and provide regular feedback and training
n
- Oversee returns (BTDS) process and ensure timely resolution
n
- Handle arbitration cases and operational tickets
n
- Coordinate driver payroll submissions and follow up with finance
n

Requirements

- Experience in last-mile logistics / delivery operations
n
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Positive analytical skills and attention to detail
n
- Experience in driver management is a plus
