We're excited to be a key player in Victoria's Container Deposit Scheme (CDS). This initiative is revolutionising waste and recycling, creating a significant environmental impact and driving positive community change. At our Bayswater depot, we have a part-time position available, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, environmentally minded individuals to join our diverse and supportive team.

About the Role

n

As a Recycling Attendant, you'll play a vital role in our CDS operations. This hands-on job involves:

- Providing exceptional customer service
n
- Inspecting and sorting eligible containers to meet recycling guidelines
n
- Processing customer transactions accurately and ensuring proper refunds
n
- Moving containers using appropriate equipment
n




- Following safety procedures to keep everyone secure and the site running smoothly
n

Your Schedule

n

Our depot operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, seven days a week. You'll need to be flexible and available to work any day, including weekends and public holidays. Weekend and public holiday rates apply if rostered.

What You Need to Know

n

Successful candidates will undergo a National Police Check, a pre-employment medical assessment, and a drug test. Random drug and alcohol testing may occur at the depot.
