We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp account operator to own a portfolio of our retainer clients.

THE ROLE

As Account Director you'll lead a portfolio of our key retainer clients — the senior partner they turn to for counsel, and the person accountable for their results and our relationship. You'll set the direction for these accounts, grow them, and lead the account team who deliver them day-to-day. It's a role for someone who can hold a boardroom-level client conversation in the morning and steer their team to flawless delivery in the afternoon — equally strong on strategy, commercials, and people.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the senior relationship across a portfolio of key accounts — trusted strategic counsel to your clients, and the internal owner of their success.
- Grow the portfolio — identify and win new scopes, deepen relationships, and drive retention and revenue.
- Set the strategic direction for your accounts and make sure every piece of work ladders back to client goals.
- Lead, mentor and hold the standard for the account managers on your accounts.




- Own the commercial performance of your portfolio — budgets, profitability, and forecasting.
- Oversee delivery and quality — stepping in where it matters, and trusting your team with the rest.
- Be a senior voice in the studio — feeding client and market insight into how we grow.

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum 4 years in account management at a creative, social, or content agency, including time at a senior/director level.
- A proven client leader — you've held and grown significant relationships and been the senior name in the room.
- Strong full-funnel experience
- Commercially sharp — fluent in budgets, margin, forecasting and growth.
- A people leader who lifts the account team around you.
- Strong strategic and creative judgement — you shape the thinking, not just manage the process.
- A calm, compelling communicator who brings clarity and confidence to clients and team alike.
