About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support a leading global digital advertising business. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in digital marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), account support, and data analysis.
You will work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives, helping to manage operational and administrative tasks, support reporting needs, coordinate stakeholder requests, and identify optimization opportunities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Account Team with daily account management activities.
- Create, maintain, and analyze Excel-based reports and performance data.
- Perform account analysis and identify optimization opportunities based on business objectives.
- Manage reporting requests and account administration activities.
- Triage, assign, track, and resolve requests through a ticketing system.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and partner teams to manage escalations and issue resolution.
- Gather required information, assess business impact, and coordinate timely solutions.
- Monitor account health and recommend search marketing optimization strategies.
- Ensure adherence to established processes, compliance requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Stay current on product updates,
reporting capabilities, and platform enhancements.
- Leverage AI tools to identify trends, generate recommendations, and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, sales support, account management, customer service, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business priorities.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset.
Technical Skills
Essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUPs
- Pivot Tables
- Data analysis and reporting
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications:
- Excel
- Outlook
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in business environments.
Preferred
- Background in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Microsoft Advertising Certification or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Previous experience supporting advertising, sales, or account management teams.
- Previous experience in a similar environment or platform (highly regarded but not mandatory).
