The role of Strata Manager is instrumental to the core of our business, through delivering high-quality professional services to our clients. You will work in collaboration with a team of skilled professionals who strive to deliver above expectations.

Key responsibilities

Working closely and building relationships with Executive Committees and Owners

Managing a portfolio of buildings and advising clients in accordance with relevant legislation

Liaising with developers, builders, owners, tenants, contractors, building managers and various others

Preparation of budgets, meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and other documentation as required

Making site visits and performing general inspections of buildings under management

Implementing maintenance programs in conjunction with the facilities team for buildings under management

Establishing insurance policies and lodging claims where required

Convening and attending Annual General Meetings, General Meetings and Executive Committee meetings

Ensuring legislation and rules are adhered to

About you

The ability to take ownership of a portfolio of buildings and build strong client relationships from day one

A positive attitude and keen willingness to learn

Ability to negotiate and confidence in managing disputes as they arise

The ability to structure, run and manage meetings





Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence on a regular basis

A strong sense of resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Skilled written and verbal communication skills, including sound comprehension

Excellent customer service and time management skills
