Outside of School Hours Director | NFP | $48 - $55 an hour + super

Anila Recruitment is a specialist talent agency in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Early Years Education. We partner with reputable Not-for-Profit (NFP) and purpose-driven organisations in the sector.

We are currently exclusively representing a not-for-profit provider in their search for a leader to join their large service in Quakers Hill. The service consists of 2 Assistant coordinators who will support the Director, as well as an Educational Leader and a consistent team of educators. There is a positive working relationship between the service, community and the Principal.

About the Service:

- This organisation is committed to ongoing development and will pay for enrolment and completion of your Diploma
- This service encourages and supports you with your development and upskilling.
- Established positive relationships with the families and community.
- Licensed for 250 however is averaging 150 each afternoon
- The team is consistent (not heavily reliant on casuals!)




- Recently gone through A&R; and received a 'Meeting' outcome

- $48 - $55 an hour + super
- Located near Blacktown
- Licensed for 250 children
- 6:45am -9:45am | 2pm - 6pm (out of ratio in BSC)
- Out-of-ratio hours to support your admin and workload
- You will be the Nominated Supervisor
- This service operates vacation care
- You will join an established service that operates from a dedicated space

What you'll come with:

- Experience working with children in OSHC as a 2IC or Coordinator
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR (or willing to Obtain)
- Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk (only applicable for NS or RP roles)

Additional information

- Permanent Full time position- Mon- Fri (38 hour week)
